Litter 22 - born 17.03.2010

4th of January 2010:
Just after new year we got the message, Disco are in heat. We had been waiting for a long time and had several discussions if we should mate her this time or wait. The male was'nt in box either, but everything went well and we took off for Finland. Because she is a granddaughter of Zamantha we took the first bloodtest already at day 8 and the result showed 7 on the progestrone. On day 11, friday 15th, we mated the first time , the next day we did one more mating and then headed towards Helsinki. Monday evening we were back in Kristiansand.

17th of February 2010:
Disco are now close to 5 weeks and several signs does us believe she is pregnant. Will come back with more information next week.
17. of March 2010:
Disco was pregnant, the 17 of March 5 puppies were born, 4 girls and 1 boy. Everything went well and there are 5 beautiful puppies. One of the bitches has a little white spot in her neck and the male has too much white on his head and back. Their weight was between 340 -350 gr. They are quite dark, but that was expected because of the parents. Disco was very clever and there was no problem at all with the birth.
